a little bit of DIY ethos

I've been eyeing this bike off for quite a while now.A rattle can spray job,a cheap basket from the 2 dollar shop and a whole lot of loving attention to detail.I'm giving this one 5 stars.

The attention to detail it what does it for me. Neat job.

Hi there,Sinbad and you. As you say,it's all in the detail.I've just been looking at a book called 'Custom Bicycles' and the detail is mouth watering. I would love to attend the NAHBB expo one of these days.

Being a bit of an arm chair traveller,I'm enjoying your posts as you travel.

cheers,

Ian

G'day Trevor. This bike has been parked outside a large back packers hostel for the last few months so I suspect it belongs to a traveller who picked it up on the cheap. I was particularly impressed by the hand painted cranks!
