Keith Haring wall revisited

With this post by Meli G at CYLRAB in mind, and a spare half hour, I thought I would revisit the Keith Haring mural in Johnston St,Collingwood.
Uh oh! Just for a moment,my heart skipped a beat.
Fading away quickly. One school says let it fade away naturally, the other says restore to it's original glory.
More here and original post here.

What do you think?

Meli G : it is awesome that we treasure this major piece of street art.Keith Haring was such an iconic figure in the eighties. BTW . At the bottom of the top picture, you can see a square access hole. The door was stolen shortly after he completed the mural. It has the signature KH baby plus his moniker. ANYWAY,it was returned to the gallery yesterday, nearly 30 years later, in near perfect condition!!! I will post the newspaper article shortly.

I've always been a huge fan of Mr Haring. He left us too early.
